Winter Clothes Drive and Cookie Decorating To Benefit Youth On Fire

  • First Parish 7 Harrington Road Lexington, MA, 02421 United States (map)

Every year for Lexington’s MLK Day of Service, LexPride sponsors a winter clothes drive (all types of winter items welcome) and cookie decorating event to benefit Youth On Fire — a program for homeless and at-risk LGBTQ+ youth and young adults in Harvard Square.

This is a family- and child-friendly event:

  • Decorate cookies that we will donate to the shelters.

  • Sort donations (see below) so they are organized and ready for the shelters.

  • Donate winter clothes and gear (all adult sizes, including plus sizes, are welcome).

  • Donate toiletries.

  • Donate fresh produce.

  • Donate gift cards and Charlie (MBTA) cards.

Our event is listed on the Lexington MLK Day of Service website. Please sign up on this page of the website.

We welcome donations before the event: Please drop off at 25 Emerson Gardens. Thank you!
